Questions
Questions owners ask first
Do I need to understand AI to work with you?
No. You need to understand your business, and you already do. We'll ask about how the work runs, what it costs you and what you'd like to change. If a technical choice comes up, we'll explain it in plain terms and tell you what we'd pick.
Why won't you quote me a price on the first call?
Because neither of us knows yet what the problem is worth. A price set before that is a guess, and guesses usually land too high for a small problem or too low for a big one. The diagnostic gives us the number. It has a fixed fee, and the full fee counts toward a build that starts within 30 days of the readout. Then you get three options with fixed prices.
What if the answer is "don't build anything"?
Then that's what we'll tell you, and you'll have the map and the numbers that show why. Sometimes the fix is a change in how the work runs. Sometimes it's software you can buy today, and we'll name which one. You keep everything from the diagnostic either way.
Who pays for the AI and hosting once it's live?
You do, in your own accounts, on your own billing. That way you can see every charge and nothing is hidden inside our fee. Before we start, you get an estimate of the monthly cost and the volume it assumes.
Can the system send emails or change records on its own?
Only if you decide it should. A system gets the access it needs and nothing more. If it should draft emails, it can't send them until you approve that step. The limit is built into what it's allowed to touch.
What happens if I think of more things mid-project?
Good. Write them down and tell us. We'll log each one and price it as an addition or the next phase. Nothing gets added to the project without you seeing what it costs.
What happens after it launches?
We measure the same things we recorded before launch, at launch, at 30 days and at 60 to 90 days, so you can see what changed. After that, Kustos can keep it running and right, we can keep improving it on a monthly roadmap, or you can run it yourself with everything you need to do that.
Next step
Start with the process that costs you the most.
Rough numbers are fine. Describing it takes about three minutes.
