About

Isaiah Grover

Konsul is the consulting practice of Kustos, based in Boise, Idaho. Konsul finds the fix and builds it. Kustos keeps it running. We work with small businesses and nonprofits that have a manual process costing them time or money, and no in-house technical team to fix it.

Isaiah Grover runs Konsul from Boise, Idaho. He started it to give small businesses and nonprofits what larger companies pay whole teams for: someone who finds the work that quietly costs the most, puts a yearly number on it, and fixes it. He builds every system himself, inside the client's own accounts, and measures the same things before and after launch so the result is a number you can check. When the honest answer is to buy something that already exists, or to build nothing, he says so.

How we work with clients

You work with us directly, from the first call to launch.

Konsul is one person. The person on your first call is the person who builds your system and answers when it needs a fix.

Based in Boise. In person across the Treasure Valley, remote everywhere else.

Konsul builds it

We find the work that eats your week, put a yearly cost on it, and build the small app that handles it, in your own accounts.

Kustos keeps it running and right

Kustos is the custodian for the systems your team built, and for the ones we build for you. It checks them on a schedule, catches what breaks or drifts, and drafts the fix. A person approves every change.

Next step

Start with the process that costs you the most.

Rough numbers are fine. Describing it takes about three minutes.
